Textile Engineering: Mercerized Cotton Twill Our Chinos are constructed from a high-density cotton twill with a weight of 280 GSM. The twill weave is easily identified by its diagonal ribs, which provide superior resistance to tearing and abrasion. We subject the fabric to a “Mercerization” process—a treatment that increases the fabric’s luster, strengthens the fibers, and allows the khaki dye to penetrate deeper. This ensures that your pants won’t fade or look “washed out” after a few months. To maximize comfort, we have added 2% Elastane to the weave, providing just enough stretch to allow for a full range of motion during a busy commute or a long day at the office.

Refined Functional Details We have replaced the standard bulky pockets with “Reinforced Welt Pockets” in the back, which are cut into the garment for a smoother silhouette. The front features a traditional coin pocket tucked inside the right main pocket—a perfect place to store a USB drive or small tech accessories. The internal seams are “piped” or taped, meaning even if you roll up the cuffs for a more casual look, the interior looks as clean as the exterior. The fly features a high-quality YKK locking zipper and a reinforced button closure to ensure longevity.
