Standard T-shirts often use “short-staple” cotton, which leads to pilling and a rough texture after just a few washes. By using longer fibers, we ensure a smoother surface that is naturally more durable. The “combing” process further refines the fabric by removing any short, prickly fibers and impurities, leaving only the softest, strongest threads. Technical Design & Construction A T-shirt’s quality is defined by its construction. We utilize a side-seam construction rather than a tubular knit; this ensures the shirt maintains its vertical shape and does not “twist” after laundering.
